The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Ted Mueller, Chairman, with Lloyd Zastrow, Kim Herro, Jim Zastrow and Ethan Neumann (Deputy Clerk) present. Ted led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mobile home park inspection - 9am May 15, 2023

Only item of concern is that the field stone decorative walls at the park entrance are deteriorating. This will quickly become a safety concern if more stones fall out. This will be noted with the owners at time of renewal.
New owners have done a nice job with installing new road signs and other informational signs.

Open Highway Bids – 3pm June 15, 2023
Ted Mueller called the meeting to Order with Lloyd Zastrow and Ted Mueller present.
Scott’s Construction was the only vendor present and the only vendor to present a bid.
Ted Mueller made a motion that was seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to have Scott’s Construction perform chip sealing on Rocky Lane. Affirmative: TM, LZ Opposed: None Motion Carried

The Town Board inspected our roads on April 25, 2023. The individuals present were Ted, Lloyd & Dwayne.
The board had general discussions on filling potholes. The board made the following notes on items that will be considered when doing road bids this year:
