The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Chairman Bill Ingersoll with Erick Frommgen, Lloyd Zastrow, Jim Zastrow and Brian Neumann present.  Bill led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance

Brian Neumann, Clerk, certified that the meeting had been properly posted. There was a motion by Erick Frommgen and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to accept the agenda as presented.   Affirmative: BI, LZ, EF            Opposed: None        Motion Carried

Brian Neumann read the minutes from the November board meeting. There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Erick Frommgen to accept the minutes as read.  Affirmative: BI, LZ, EF        Opposed: None      Motion Carried

Jim Zastrow stated from his written report that there is a balance of $1,042.11 in the General Fund, $96,085.47 in the Money Market Account and $6,447.07 in the Equipment Fund CD.  There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Erick Frommgen to accept the Treasurer’s report as read.        Affirmative: BI, LZ, EF     Opposed: None     Motion Carried

There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Erick Frommgen to pay the bills as presented. Affirmative: BI, LZ, EF        Opposed: None         Motion Carried

There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Erick Frommgen to approve the bid from Inter-Quest leveraging the State of WI contract to support our new computers for the treasurer and the clerk.       Affirmative: BI, LZ, EF        Opposed: None         Motion Carried

After some general discussion, there was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Erick Frommgen to approve the Sullivan Fire Department’s 3 Year contract.    Affirmative: BI, LZ, EF              Opposed: None         Motion Carried

After some general discussion, there was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Erick Frommgen to approve the Ixonia Fire Department’s 1 Year contract.     Affirmative: BI, LZ, EF              Opposed: None         Motion Carried

After some general discussion, there was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Erick Frommgen to move the meeting into closed session.    Affirmative: BI, LZ, EF          Opposed: None         Motion Carried

There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to move the meeting from closed session back to public open session.    Affirmative: BI, LZ, EF            Opposed: None         Motion Carried

There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Erick Frommgen to increase wages for Mitch Metz to $17.85, Craig Pagenkopf to $18.50 and Bev Stendal to $15.00.      Affirmative: BI, LZ, EF  Opposed: None         Motion Carried

With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow.               Affirmative: BI, LZ, EF          Opposed: None        Motion Carried
