Have asked for years to have the 2 dead trees removed from behind my home and it has yet to happen already had one fall on to our garage and onto our home in the middle of a storm can't afford for this to happen again. I keep being told that we are on a list but after 8 managers I doubt the list exists. Have called asset development and get there wonderful answering system and am told a return call will be made within 2-3 business days and nobody calls
