appointed public officials, notice of meetings of governmental bodies, election and polling
information, calendar of events in the Senior Center and Town Hall, waste site disposal
information and related governmental information Posting of links and information to the website
is governed by the Town Board It is the specific policy of the Town Board not to allow the
following materials to be posted to this website
• No obscenity or indecent language is allowed on the website
• No advertisement for the sale of commercial products and/or services
• No advertising messages on behalf of candidates for public office
• No libel or slander of any person or group
• No re-publication of copyrighted material without the express permission of the
holder of said copyright
• No material soliciting or promoting any unlawful conduct or activity
• No materials related to any pending litigation in which the Town of Concord is
involved

resolution of any actions or disputes that may arise shall be in the Jefferson County, Wisconsin
Circuit Court The laws of the State of Wisconsin shall apply to all uses of this data and this
