Town of Concord ss. July 16, 2008

The recessed Board of Review was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by the Chairman, Bill Ingersoll with Dennis Stair, David Janquart and Lloyd Zastrow present. Assessor John Pounder and Dianne Pounder were also present. Lloyd said the meeting had been properly posted. The Board approved a Janquart/Ingersoll motion to accept the agenda as presented.

Bill Ingersoll moved to appoint Dennis Stair to act as Chairman for the Board of Review, seconded by David Janquart and carried.

Chairman Stair noted that there were not any appointments scheduled but the meeting would remain open until 8:00 p.m. for any walk in residents.

Chairman Stair said that the tax roll had been presented to the clerk and the proper forms had been signed.

John Pounder said that in 2007, the assessment ratio of full value determined by the Department of Revenue was at 84.6% for all new construction and personal property.

Mr. Pounder also noted that Concord would probably need to have a revaluation in 2010.

Chairman Stair noted that no one appeared at the Board of Review and moved to close the Board of Review for 2008, seconded by David Janquart and carried.
