Chairman, Bill Ingersoll addressed Town of Concord residents that the Smart Growth

Plan is moving along, with two more elements needed before a rough draft can be

submitted.

The Plan Committee was given by David Janquart, with the approval of the town board,

for a lot split and rezoning for Sam & Carol Bohnnger of N6125 Country View Lane.

The Plan Committee is seeking a replacement for former member. Randy Callison, who

passed away in February. Any town resident wishing to serve on the Plan Committee

should contact Chairman, Bill Ingersoll before the next meeting.

A camping permit was granted to Jack Bender for a two day Music Festival, April 18-19

at the Concord House.

Richard Reinders questioned the board of accounting tatics used for "Park Land Split" fees.

Other business: An audit meeting will be held March 19th at 6:00 PM at the Concord

Community Center; a request for additional phones placed in various areas of the Community

Center; refilling sand/salt barrels used for Cul de Sacs; future pot hole filling,
break down of per diems paid to town employees/board members; water drainage from the
roof of the Community Center.

The Annual town meeting will be held in the gym of the Community Center, Tuesday,
Ann 1 April 8th 7:00 PM.
