Richard Heine, Chief of the Sullivan EMS addressed the board and Town of Concord
residents at the monthly meeting. Booklets containing the annual report of the
EMS, along with other information were distributed. Sullivan EMS and First Responders service a portion of the town of Concord.
A lot size change requested by John & Susan Strese was approved.
Members approved an amendment for modification of the Jefferson County Zoning Ordinance.
The modification would increase the maximum acreage for farm consolidation land splits fro three to five acres. Currently, a farm consolidation allows dividing up to three acres in the A-1 zone around a dwelling that is older then January 15, 1975, as long as 35 contiguous acres remain in the balance.
