TOWN BOARD MEETING OF TOWN OF CONCORD 11-12-2007 PAT BRANDT (262)593-8910

Permission was granted to the Concord Senior's to decorate the interior,
halls, and gym of the Town of Concord Community Center. Marian Speerless,

spokes person for the seniors, talked of putting outside lights and decorating
some of the trees outside of the Community Center.

There were no zoning requests or other activity for the Plan Committee, as
reported by Chair person, David Janquart.

The treasurer's reports, payment of bills and other correspondence was addressed.
The first reading of the Impact Fee Ordinance was addressed, and will go into
effect January 1, 2008. The calculation of the Transportation Improvement Impact
Fee is broken down into four equivalent units, ranging from $750 to $3,000.
These funds will be kept in a separate account for bookkeeping purposes.
The board granted permission for new upgrading of the townhall software for the
Clerk/Treasurer. The program is specifically set up for town governments.
Notice of Public budget hearing for the Town of Concord will be held Monday,
November 26, immediately following completion of the public hearing on the
proposed 2008 budget at 7:00 PM at the Town of Concord Community Center.
