Concord Town Board Meeting - Report June 11, 2007

The first reading of the Plan Committee was read at the monthly meeting of the
Concord Town Board. David Janquart was been appointed as Chairperson to head
the committee, replacing resigned member, Richard Reinders. Randy Callison was
appointed to replace resigned members, David Meyer, Marian Speerless, and Jay Lieblang

The Board of Review convened before the meeting and adjourned to July 17 at the
Community Center 6-8 PM. Open Book will be June 26 at the center from 2-6 PM.

Ryan Harrison of N6217 Morgan Road was granted a conditional use permit for staging
a corn maize/haunted hayride for fall of 2008; David and Sharon Wegner's request to
rezone parcels from A-1 to A-3 at the corner of Elm Drive and Alien Road, were approved
Ralph & Ruth Christian's petition to rezone approximately 8 acres from a part of a
39 acre parcel from Agricultural to Natural Resources was approved. The present use
of the land is wetlands. Jeff & Paula Spenda's request to create and 1 acre lot and
rezone to A-3 for a possible residential structure located at N6291 Sunset Road was
granted.

Highway Foreman, Howard Webb reported on road patching, cemetery and park mowing.
Vandalism has been a problem at one of the cemeteries with the removal of flowers.

The second reading of Section 17.02 in Chapter 17, Zoning Non-Metallic Mineral
Extraction Regulation and Control, had an amendment added.

Summit Harvest Church was issued a contract for use of the Community Center to

hold Sunday worship services.

An operator's license was granted to Brianne Ingersoll for the Concord Inn.

License applications along with operator's licenses were granted to: Concord
General Store, Concord Inn, Concord House, Vetro Winery, and a picnic license to
the Oconomowoc Gun Club.
