The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by Dale Konle Chairman with Bill Ingersoll, Lloyd Zastrow, Jim Zastrow and Brian Neumann present.  Dale led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Brian Neumann, Clerk, certified that the meeting had been properly posted. There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Dale Konle to accept the agenda as presented.                  Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ             Opposed: None        Motion Carried

Brian Neumann read the minutes from the August board meetings. There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow and seconded by Bill Ingersoll to accept the minutes as read.     Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ           Opposed: None         Motion Carried

Jim Zastrow stated from his written report that there is a balance of $3,015.38 in the General Fund, $94,292.30 in the Money Market Account, $16,465.18 in the Equipment Fund and $12,484.59 in the Highway Reserve.  There was a motion by Dale Konole and seconded by Bill Ingersoll to accept the Treasurer’s report as read.         Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ             Opposed: None     Motion Carried

There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to pay the bills as presented.                       Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ                          Opposed: None         Motion Carried

The Park and Planning Commission did not meet this past month, so the ATV/UTV ordinance change was not discussed.

There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to set the wages for snow plowing for the town to $25 an hour.     Affirmative: DK, BI, LZ        Opposed: None       Motion Carried

The board has asked the county to add signs to Allen Road for No Jake Braking and reduce speed.

The board set October 26th at 6 PM as the annual budget planning meeting.
